Chromatographs

ˇ        High Temperature GPC with multiple detectors:   Waters high-temperature Alliance GPCV 2000 coupled with differential refractive index (DRI) detector, viscometer and Waytt High Temperature mini-DAWN Laser Light Scattering detector for analysis of polyolefin molecular weight distribution and branching information.

ˇ        High Temperature GPC:  Waters high-temperature GPC 150C for determining molecular weight distribution of polymer with high melting temperature.

ˇ        Aqueous GPC:   Waters GPC 2690 with water as mobile phase for measuring molecular weight distribution of water-soluble polymer.

ˇ        Organic GPC:   Waters room-temperature GPC with organic solvents as mobile phase for analysis of polymer molecular weight distribution.

Reactor Systems

ˇ        High Temperature CSTR for Olefin Polymerization:   Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor (CSTR), 0.6 liter, reaction pressure up to 3,000 psig and temperature up to 300 ēC for solution polymerization of olefins with homogeneous catalysts.

ˇ        Semi-batch Reactors for Olefin Polymerization:   Two (2) Semi-Batch Reactors (SBR), 1 liter, reaction pressure up to 3,000 psig and temperature up to 300 ēC.

ˇ        Batch, Semi-batch and Continuous Reactors for Radical Polymerization: Four (4) CSTR/ SB/ Batch Reactors, 5 liter, reaction pressure up to 600 psig.
